The latest news surrounding Crystal Palace has suggested that Michael Olise has been the subject of an offer from a Premier League club.

Despite Crystal Palace winger Michael Olise being injured for the foreseeable, he is still attracting top interest this summer transfer window.
Journalist Fabrice Hawkins reported the latest on Olise. Apparently there has been a ‘verbal offer’ from Chelsea of around £25million. The journalist goes on to say that the Blues are waiting to hear more about the progress of his injury before making a written offer.
He also shared that there is an agreement in principle between Michael Olise and Chelsea. Apparently, Manchester City are also interested in him, whilst the release clause of Olise is £35million.
With this possible release clause on the player, Palace fans will no doubt be worried that he could leave this summer as it is a low amount for a great player.
Michael Olise is destined for a big future
Michael Olise is a very ‘special‘ talent who has world class potential. With the way he has played since joining the Eagles, it is no shock to see him linked to top clubs like Manchester City.
Right now, a move to Chelsea doesn’t make the most sense if he wants to grow as a player. They have no European football and have a huge squad, with lots of depth on the wing.
Olise managed 11 assists in the Premier League last season and this was the fourth most in the division. The 21 year-old does not deserve to be in and out of a team like he could be at Chelsea.
We managed to sign Olise for a reported £8million from Reading. This was due to a release clause. Due to this, it should be no shock to see that his current contract has a release clause and that it is significantly cheaper than we would like to sell him for.
Whatever happens this transfer window, Olise is a top talent who is loved by all Palace fans. He has produced some incredible moments and it would be great if we could keep hold of him this summer.
The club has some top talents and if we could sign a couple of players to complete the squad then we could definitely be challenging for a top-half finish next season.
