SAKA, ANTONY AND 10 PREMIER LEAGUE STARS HEADING TO THEIR FIRST WORLD CUP
As a fanbase who simply love seeing young talent produced by the academy, we think Crystal Palace supporters will enjoy an image posted by the club today.
The picture in question shows James McArthur – who was a £5.5 million signing from Wigan – alongside Scott Dann and Gary Cahill in training.
However, also in the photo are academy prospects Rob Street and Scott Banks.
The five of them all seem to be visibly enjoying themselves – well, apart from Cahill, as we can only see the back of his head!
Just seeing the two prodigious talents take part in one of Roy Hodgson’s sessions would presumably be enough to make the Selhurst Park faithful smile.
In that respect, seeing them partake, and also do so with a big smile on their face, is great to see.

Regardless of whether they’re training with the first-team or not, it seems like Banks and Street are having fun with the development side in Premier League 2.
Banks has netted four goals, while also grabbing two assists, in eight Premier League 2 appearances this season.
In Street’s case, he has scored three goals, and set up one more, in seven Premier League 2 outings.
