Chris Sutton has now shared his prediction for the Premier League clash between Liverpool and Crystal Palace on Sunday.
Oliver Glasner takes the Eagles to Anfield for the first time since replacing Roy Hodgson in February, where the Austrian will hope to see more of the promising patterns witnessed in last Saturday’s 4-2 defeat against Manchester City.
Liverpool will – however – be hungry for three points after throwing two away at Old Trafford last Sunday, as Jurgen Klopp aims to keep the Reds in the Premier League title race.

Chris Sutton predicts Liverpool vs Crystal Palace
Well, the 51-year-old is not expecting much from Crystal Palace this Sunday.
Sutton only recently admitted he wouldn’t be surprised if we suffered relegation this season, so in fairness, he has to stick to that belief by predicting a few defeats for us.
For BBC Sport, the man from Nottingham said: “This is a must-win for Liverpool following their slip-up at Old Trafford. They have got some tricky games in their run-in but I don’t see this being one of them, even though they play in the Europa League against Atalanta on Thursday.
“Crystal Palace have now gone five games without a win since beating Burnley in Oliver Glasner’s first match in charge. They need to pick up some points, and quickly, to avoid being dragged into the relegation battle but they are not getting anything at Anfield.”
Sutton rounded off his prediction by backing Liverpool to win 3-0.
Do not underestimate the Eagles
Of course, Liverpool are clear favourites to win on Sunday, but anybody underestimating Crystal Palace clearly has a short memory.
The Eagles have often caused the Reds problems on Merseyside, memorably recording a 3-1 win in Steven Gerrard’s final game at Anfield thanks to goals from Jason Puncheon, Wilfried Zaha and Glenn Murray.
Efforts from Yannick Bolasie and Scott Dann also handed us a 2-1 win at Anfield in November 2015.
Therefore, Glasner and the Crystal Palace players should feel confident about getting something against Liverpool on Sunday – we certainly have previous when arriving at Anfield as underdogs.
