Dean Henderson and Trevoh Chalobah both had an evening to forget as Crystal Palace suffered a 1-0 defeat against Nottingham Forest on Monday.
The Chelsea loanee bizarrely headed the ball infield as he attempted to make a clearance, which gave Chris Wood the chance to hammer a shot at goal, an effort that squirmed underneath the Crystal Palace No.1 and ensured the Eagles remain 18th in the Premier League.

It also means Crystal Palace have now failed to win any of the opening eight games of a league campaign for the first time since the 1992/93 season.
It is a bleak time for Oliver Glasner – who refused to blame Dean Henderson for the loss – and the England international was seen wearing his heart on his sleeve after the defeat.
Dean Henderson visibly emotional alongside Remi Matthews after mistake
Adrian Durham and Danny Murphy both covered Monday’s Premier League clash for talkSPORT, where they had eyes on the £20m glovesman as he exited the pitch.
Durham said: “I can tell you that Dean Henderson was down the tunnel much earlier (than his teammates) stripping off his gloves. He was walking down there with sub Palace keeper Remi Matthews, clearly not happy with himself. Danny, he knows he has fundamentally cost his team a point here tonight. They have lost the game because he didn’t do his job properly.”
Murphy added: “Life of a goalkeeper. He knows he is better than that. I think when he looks back at it, the one thing I am struggling with when I saw that go in, is what he was trying to do.
“You are either trying to catch it, just smother it, or you are trying to palm it away, and it was neither. So I don’t really know whether he was caught in two minds, but ultimately, he cost his team.”
Henderson did seem to be undecided as to whether he should palm the ball away or hold it, eventually doing neither as Wood once again scored against Crystal Palace.
Oliver Glasner did not allow Crystal Palace No.1 to apologise
In his post match interview, Glasner revealed that the 27-year-old tried to apologise for his mistake, but was not allowed to do so.
The Austrian said: “He tried to apologise, but I wouldn’t allow it. It’s not about blaming anybody. He made so many big saves for us this season and last season.
“It’s sport and they’re all human – it happens. He doesn’t need to apologise for any mistake he makes.”
Glasner is right – Henderson has arguably been one of our best performers so far this season, and there are many other reasons beyond his mistake that we failed to beat Nottingham Forest.
