Dougie Freedman is wanted by Manchester United – and the Crystal Palace Director of Football’s thoughts on the move have now emerged.
It was the Guardian who provided the information.
So, what does Dougie Freedman think about potentially leaving Crystal Palace for Manchester United?
Let’s take a look…
What Dougie Freedman thinks about Manchester United interest
Well – according to the Guardian – the Glaswegian would be open to joining the Red Devils.
It is said that Freedman’s family still live in Manchester, and he is willing to join despite a very strong relationship with Steve Parish at Selhurst Park.
John Textor also called the Scot “one of my favourite people on the planet” last week when speaking to BBC Sport, so his efforts are seemingly appreciated across the boardroom.
Now – however – Freedman could depart Crystal Palace once again, having already upset fans way back in October 2012 when leaving a promotion push to join Bolton Wanderers.

After securing a 25% stake in Manchester United, Sir Jim Ratcliffe has quickly put several building blocks in place as the 71-year-old attempts to make the Red Devils a force of English football once again.
The CEO of INEOS has already pinched Omar Berrada from his role as CEO at Manchester City – and has also stolen Dan Ashworth from Newcastle United.
Now, Freedman is in Ratcliffe’s sights.
