It’s the first time the Eagles have been able to name a starting front three of Eberechi Eze, Michael Olise and Jean-Philippe Mateta. A flowing attack displayed exactly what is capable when all three are fit and firing, and perhaps more of what is to come.
There are still issues elsewhere in the squad when it comes to injuries though, with a lack of centre-backs in particular. While there’s still work to do in the league to secure survival, there is some excitement for the future under Glasner if the performances continue.
