Crystal Palace fans will no doubt be able to breathe a sigh of relief after the most international break has finished and our squad is at it’s strongest.
Multiple stars from the squad played for their country.
So, why can Crystal Palace fans breathe a sigh of relief after the international break? Let’s take a look…
What’s the story?
We saw multiple Palace stars, who are key for manager Roy Hodgson, called up to represent their countries over the November international break.
Some academy stars were called up to youth squads like Jesse Derry, who was then pictured in first-team training after an impressive international call-up with England U17s.
The key Crystal Palace players called up included Sam Johnstone, Joachim Andersen, Cheick Doucoure and Marc Guehi. It looks like no player got injured on international duty, and this is great news.
The Eagles squad went through somewhat of an injury crisis in September and October, and part of the reason for this was due to the international break at the time. Therefore, to see those involved come away unscathed is great news.

No Crystal Palace players were injured over international break
It is great to see that at this time, no Palace players on international duty have picked up any injuries over November.
With a tough away game to Luton on Saturday, the Eagles need to have their best squad available. It is arguably the first time this season that we are at full strength following the return of Michael Olise last weekend.
This is great news for the club and hopefully, they can now become a more consistent team in the division and battle top half.
The next few games are crucial, especially after the defeat to Everton. They need to pick up some wins so that there are no fears of relegation this season.

It will be great to see the squad fully fit, with all the key players back and hopefully this means Palace can add some more goals to their game.
They have kept five clean sheets in the Premier League but their lack of goals has somewhat hindered them so far.
