'You lot were right': Yung Filly claims Palace players told him £3m man 'don't stop running'

SAKA, ANTONY AND 10 PREMIER LEAGUE STARS HEADING TO THEIR FIRST WORLD CUP

There are many famous Crystal Palace fans among us. Eddie Izzard, Liam Neeson, Jo Brand and Bill Nighy are just a few.

Another is Yung Filly, a British comedian, music artist and social media influencer who seems to be good friends with Ebere Eze.

Crystal Palace arranged for the pair to watch the 1-1 draw against Brighton together, and it made for very entertaining viewing.

Within the video, Yung Filly – whose real name is Andres Felipé Barrientos – mentions that Eze and other players told him one man ‘don’t stop running’ – Jordan Ayew.

You can hear the comment ten seconds into the footage below.

The £2.5m man may have received his fair share of stick this season for a lack of threat in front of goal, although you simply can’t question his work rate.

In every game he plays, the Ghana international presses the opposition tirelessly, and also relieves pressure by carrying the ball up the pitch.

With players like Michael Olise and Jesurun Rak-Sakyi behind him in the pecking order, supporters will always get on his back as he keeps two talented players out of the side.

However, he is the type of player us Crystal Palace fans have grown to love over the years.

Those who aren’t the most technically gifted, but give 100% for the Club, will always be respected, even amidst their struggles.
