SAKA, ANTONY AND 10 PREMIER LEAGUE STARS HEADING TO THEIR FIRST WORLD CUP
With three wins, three goals and three clean sheets, Nuno Espirito Santo has began his Tottenham career in fantastic fashion.
As a result, Patrick Vieira will surely be wary of Tottenham and their many weapons this Saturday, such as Harry Kane, Dele Alli and Bryan Gil.
What about Heung-min Son? Well, there’s a bonus for us.
What’s the story?
Well, sadly for Son, he’s suffered a calf injury while on international duty with South Korea, as reported by The Athletic.
The £22m man was forced out of training yesterday, and it’s yet to be known whether he can travel to Selhurst Park this Saturday.
We must state that injuries are not something we revel in and celebrate, even when it comes to the benefit of Crystal Palace.
However, it’s certainly safe to say that it’ll be a boost for Vieira if the 29-year-old man is missing, as he’s often proved to be a thorn in our side.
Heung-min Son loves scoring against Crystal Palace
In 12 games against us, Son has scored five goals and provided two assists.
Annoyingly, he’s also been on the winning side nine times in those 12 outings.
Son has also been involved in two draws, so he’s only ever lost one game to the Eagles – he’s certainly a bogey player for us.
It’s also worth mentioning that he’s started the season on fire with two goals in three Premier League games, so he would’ve been a real danger for the likes of Marc Guéhi and Joachim Andersen to deal with.
We hope Son isn’t suffering too much, and that his injury isn’t too bad.
As long as it’s bad enough to rule him out for a week, that’ll suit us nicely.
