This tells the story that Glasner is often making errors with his starting line-up and has to then make a switch before the second half starts.
For Glasner, this is an issue and showcases that he needs to find his best starting line-up to avoid having to make changes at half-time every week – for example starting Ismaila Sarr would be a good way to start.

Despite it being a negative that Glasner is being forced into these decisions, for some, it might actually be viewed as a positive.
This is because four half-time substitutions are more than Roy Hodgson completed in the 2023/24 season up until his sacking in February.
Although there are negatives, it does show that Glasner is not afraid to make a change when things are not going his way on the pitch.
Glasner is proving he is not scared to put his ego aside for the good of the team and this is a massive plus.
However, he’d still rather not have to make these decisions and get the starting line-up spot on instead.
