Crystal Palace will already be braced for significant interest in their biggest and most valuable players, much to Oliver Glasner’s disgust.
Monday represented a new era at Selhurst Park with the departure of Roy Hodgson and the arrival of Oliver Glasner.
In attendance for Monday night’s 1-1 draw with Everton, the Austrian will be aware of the massive job he has got on his hands right now.
His job will be made easier though by the fact most of his best players are in line to soon return to action from injury.
This includes Eberechi Eze and defender Marc Guehi, who could be back as soon as this weekend for the visit of Burnley.
But now there’s been a blow with reportedly massive interest set to arrive for Guehi this summer at some point.

According to The Telegraph, Guehi is set to become the latest Palace star to be the subject of huge interest from some elite clubs.
Guhei is believed to be a target for both Liverpool and also potentially Manchester United should their possible new sporting director Dan Ashworth reprise his interest in the Palace defender.
With clubs of this ilk interested, there likely won’t be much Palace can do to avoid that scenario, although there will be full confidence in Dougie Freedman providing an equally talented replacement.
The fact Palace have at least two players subject to probable £50m plus interest says a lot about how good the clubs recruitment has been in recent years.

While selling the club’s best players isn’t what anybody wants, it could in fact be the smarter choice.
Big sales open the door for more recruitment to come through the doors at Selhurst Park which in turn allows ideally more big sales and a top-level squad to be built.
It’s how the likes of Aston Villa and Brighton have become European sides, by selling their biggest stars at the right time and then reinvesting.
Palace have the opportunity to do something similar this summer with so much interest around their star players.
