Riad was born on June 17th, 2003, making him 21 years old at the time of writing. He is six foot, two inches tall and was born in Majorca, Spain.
What position does Riad play?
Chadi Riad is a left-footed centre-back who can play on both sides of the defence, which would fit well with Glasner’s three-at-the-back formation.

The defender came through the ranks at Barcelona’s La Masia academy, where he would develop until earning a loan move to Real Betis.
Riad made 26 appearances in La Liga for Betis in the 2023/24 season, helping them towards a seventh-place finish in the division.
International career
While Riad was born in Majorca, his international career has always centred around featuring for the Moroccan national team.
The youngster came through the youth ranks with the nation and has since made two appearances for the senior national team.
