Crystal Palace were looking to bounce back from the defeat to Brentford last weekend with a win against West Ham United at Selhurst Park in London in the Premier League on Saturday afternoon.
Palace kicked off their 2024-25 Premier League campaign on a disappointing note.
Oliver Glasner’s side suffered a 2-1 defeat at the hands of Brentford away from home at the Gtech Community Stadium in London last Sunday.
Palace will feel hard done by the result because of the controversial manner in which Eberechi Eze’s goal from a free kick was ruled out.
The Eagles faced another London club, West Ham, on Saturday afternoon, and they lost again. It ended in a 2-0 victory for the Hammers.
We covered the Premier League match between Palace and West Ham live here on We Are Palace, and you can relive the action below.
Wrap-up
And now we will bring an end to our live coverage. It was a disappointing day at the office for Palace, but they will get a chance to bounce back soon.
Palace will take on Norwich City at Selhurst Park in the League Cup on Tuesday, so expect the Eagles to give their all in that game.

I do not think that it will be easy for Crystal Palace to win against West Ham United.
