Aaron Wan-Bissaka has joined a new club and some of his old Crystal Palace teammates have reacted.
Crystal Palace’s then-record sale is on the move again, with Aaron Wan-Bissaka now costing West Ham £15m, five years on from his £50m move to Manchester United.
The right-back was sold to make way for Noussair Mazraoui, and although Wan-Bissaka was linked with a Selhurst Park return earlier this summer, it is the London Stadium he’ll be playing for this coming campaign.
Upon his arrival at West Ham, Wan-Bissaka revealed Selhurst Park was his favourite away stadium, which is sure to have pleased several Palace fans.
But now, some Palace legends have been reacting to the move.

Zaha and Bolasie send messages to Wan-Bissaka
After his move to West Ham was made official, Wan-Bissaka took to Instagram with a message thanking United for the past five years.
“To everyone associated with Manchester United, thank you. You’ve helped me fulfil so many dreams of mine & I leave the club with memories to last me a lifetime. I’m so grateful for the love, help and support I’ve had from players & staff during the last 5 years and wish you all nothing but the best. Thank you to the fans, you’ve stuck by us throughout the ups and downs. Appreciate you. Thank you so much, Reds.”
Under Wan-Bissaka’s post, both Wilfried Zaha and Yannick Bolasie were among those to have responded.
Zaha wrote two heart emojis, emphasising the love he has for a player he saw breakthrough into the first team at Palace before he moved to Old Trafford.
Following this, Bolasie commented a heart emoji, with two clapping emojis.
These weren’t the only ex-teammates of Wan-Bissaka to comment though, with several of his now ex-United teammates also chiming in with messages which shows how well loves the right-back is among those who play with him.
When will Aaron Wan-Bissaka face Crystal Palace this season?
Wan-Bissaka has played Palace a bunch of times already for Manchester United, but next time he does it will be different, an all-London affair.
For his next return to Selhurst Park, he won’t have to wait long, as game week two will bring the Hammers to SE25 on the 24th of August.
Meeting two of the season will be in January, with Palace heading to the London Stadium.
These games could well be pivotal in the outcome of this season, with both aiming to be in the top 10 and potentially even challenging for Europe.
