John Textor is now becoming frustrated at Crystal Palace amid a difficult partnership with Steve Parish.

Well – according to Aarons – the American is frustrated at the direction Crystal Palace are heading in under Parish, and is also annoyed at his lack of control.

Miguel Delaney writes that Eagle Football Holdings – Textor’s company which also owns Lyon, Botafogo and RWD Molenbeek – are currently exploring the possibility of selling his 45% stake in Crystal Palace.
Internal talks over a sale are said to have intensified across the past two weeks, although discussions are in their infancy with no formal negotiations yet to take place externally.
Having said that, the Independent believe the prospect of Textor selling his 45% stake has been discussed frequently enough that it has spread to potential buyers.
At this stage, it is believed any buyers would only be interested if they could take a majority of control at Crystal Palace, which includes buying out Parish’s 10% stake.
Awful timing for Crystal Palace
There is clearly something of a civil war embroiling within the boardroom at Selhurst Park, and the timing could not be much worse amid a January transfer window where reinforcements are desperately needed.
Presumably, no player is going to want to sign for Crystal Palace with so much uncertainty happening amongst the hierarchy – and also in the dugout amid doubts over Roy Hodgson’s job too.
Steve Cooper is one name who has been mentioned as a potential replacement for the 76-year-old.
