Monday night saw the Eagles’ struggles continue, losing to Nottingham Forest in a blow which shifted the entire mood around the club.
Crystal Palace have been bad all season long, but Monday night may have been the worst moment of all.
Not particularly due to the performance, but rather an accumulation of how the squad has been performing with Oliver Glasner seemingly in denial as he refuses to try something new.

The Eagles are 18th in the table, but it was the loss to Nottingham Forest which has sparked speculation about the future of Glasner.
Since then Steve Parish has reportedly been considering options, with Graham Potter one name to be linked. Meanwhile, David Moyes is also a possible contender as he has an interest in taking charge.
However, after the loss, it was not Glasner who Ian Wright slammed, but rather two players.
Ian Wright calls out two Crystal Palace players
Against Forest, the Eagles were very poor offensively – failing to create one expected goal or even a big chance as their opponents squandered three, as well as scoring.
Shots from distance have been all the rage for Crystal Palace this season, and this was once again the case with nine shots outside the box as getting into the box was a struggle.

Crystal Palace only completed three crosses against Forest, at a 19 per cent completion rate which is a testament to the struggles
Wright has now expertly questioned this while speaking on The Overlap, criticising both Daniel Munoz and Tyrick Mitchell.
“I can’t understand why he’s playing with wing-backs. Munoz and Mitchell are both full-backs, play them there.”
Following this he also suggested that neither player can actually cross the ball.
“You are looking at what he’s asking them to do. They’ve had a couple of opportunities where they can put one in and you’re thinking ‘Jesus, he can’t put that ball in’.”
How bad were Daniel Munoz and Tyrick Mitchell vs Forest?
Against Forest, the Eagles’ wingbacks both struggled to an extent, with Mitchell failing to attempt a single cross and Munoz only completing two of his five attempted.
Munoz was by far the better of the pair – also creating two chances and 74 per cent of his passes.
On the other hand, Mitchell completed just 59 per cent of his passes – although this was arguably the worst we have seen him perform all season.
Neither player is excelling in the current system, but Glasner could be about to change it up anyway, something which will delight fans and pundits like Wright.
Glasner needs to turn things around, and to do so he will need this pair – whether they are wing-backs or full-backs.
