Eberechi Eze is one of many key players currently unavailable for Crystal Palace, who are in a crisis right now.
Eze, as well as Michael Olise, carried Crystal Palace to a 3-2 win against Sheffield United in a game which they would likely have otherwise lost, but both players ended up coming off injured, with Eze absent from the squad in the following game against Brighton.
A timescale has now been given on Eze’s return, and thankfully, he is not set for an absence as long as Olise’s will be.
Eberechi Eze set to miss up to three weeks with injury
A report from London News Online has now revealed that Eze is expected to be absent for two to three weeks as a result of the hamstring injury he picked up at Selhurst Park last Tuesday.
The 25-year-old has had several injury issues this season, but when fit, he has been an integral player for Palace, with five goals and three assists in 20 games across all competitions.
The Crystal Palace games Eze will miss whilst injured

Palace may wish to err on the side of caution with Eze rather than rushing him back and risking further injury like Roy Hodgson did with Olise, so if the assumption is that he will miss fixtures over the next three weeks, then he will likely miss four games.
Chelsea travel to Selhurst Park next Monday in what will be a tricky game for Palace, and Eze will certainly miss this encounter.
The following Monday sees Palace travel to Goodison Park to face Everton for the fourth time this season, having been eliminated from the FA Cup by Sean Dyche’s side. Eze will also miss this game, and a negative result could see Everton move a lot closer to Palace in the table.
Palace will face Burnley at home on Saturday 24th February, and if Eze’s return is closer to two weeks, then this is a game where he may be able to feature on the bench.
Eze may likely return to the squad for a trip to Tottenham on March 2nd, in three and a half weeks, if he does not against Burnley, meaning that a best-case scenario could see him absent from the squad for just two matches.
