Crystal Palace will face Tottenham Hotspurs this weekend in Oliver Glasner’s first away game in charge.
Oliver Glasner got his Crystal Palace career off to the best possible start last Saturday with a 3-0 victory over Burnley at Selhurst Park.
This was a massive result and without a doubt boosted confidence around Copers Cope ahead of game number two against Spurs.
Now ahead of this trip to North London, Ange Postecoglou has been handed a huge blow in his hopes of selecting his strongest line-up.
Here’s what we know about Spurs’ injury blow on the eve of welcoming Glasner’s Eagles.

Spurs to be without Richarlison to face Crystal Palace
In Postecoglou’s pre-match press conference – as quoted by Fabrizio Romano – he confirmed a heavy blow to Spurs in the form of an injury.
The injury is in the form of a knee injury to Richarlison who has been so crucial for Spurs lately and sits on 10 Premier League goals for the season.
This blow will severely weaken Spurs going forward and considering how strong Palace were defensively last weekend, could be a massive factor in this game.
Palace will have been fancying their chances before this news, but with such a huge blow to the opponent, it can only improve the chances of picking up points.
Spurs still have some dangerous players to harm Palace
Of course with teams like Spurs, one injury blow won’t affect them too much with some real quality still available.
Palace will need to defend against the likes of Timo Werner, Heung-min Son, Brennan Johnson and Dejan Kulusevski while James Maddison will be pulling the strings.
So while Richarlison will be a massive miss for the home side, Glasner won’t be thinking his task any easier.
