Yeremy Pino has now been speaking to the EFE news agency ahead of the UEFA Conference League final.
The Spain international discussed a range of topics, including the upcoming World Cup, his knowledge on Rayo Vallecano and his position in the team under Oliver Glasner.
However, perhaps the most interesting comments came when Pino was asked if he finally feels settled at Selhurst Park as his first season at Crystal Palace draws to a close.

Yeremy Pino admits life is “still hard” at Crystal Palace
Pino – who adores Adam Wharton – made a significant leap when sealing his £26m move from Villarreal back in August.
It was the first time the 23-year-old has played his football outside of Spain, and also his first permanent venture away from Villarreal, where he rose through the youth ranks after joining at the age of 15 and went on to make 170 appearances.
When asked to comment on his first season at Crystal Palace and how the change in scenery has panned out, Pino said: “It was a very difficult change for me. I left home and it was tough. Even today it’s still hard, but you have to see everything as a learning experience.
“In the end, very beautiful things come along too, and you have to take advantage of them.”
It has certainly taken Pino – who Crystal Palace were initially unsure about – some time to adapt to English football. In 49 appearances across all competitions, he has only scored five goals and provided four assists.
The Spaniard often gets muscled off the ball in the Premier League, but his displays in Europe – where teams are less physical – have offered plenty of hope.
Ultimately, fans must remember Pino is only 23 years of age. It took Daichi Kamada, an experienced midfielder with plenty of football under his belt across different European leagues, almost a whole season to settle down before he began to shine in the FA Cup semi-final against Aston Villa last term.

With a full season of English football under his belt, we see no reason why Pino can’t become a star of the 2026/27 campaign for Crystal Palace.
