Crystal Palace want Jordan Torunarigha
A story from BILD in Germany now states that Crystal Palace want to sign Jordan Torunarigha.
The German news outlet believe Freedman is eyeing a deal for the Nigeria international as he enters the final 12 months of his contract with KAA Gent.
BILD believe this situation could even see Torunarigha sold for half of his current €5m (£4.2m) market value, which means Crystal Palace could secure his signature for just €2.5m (£2.1m).
The German news outlet add that the 26-year-old himself is keen on a move to the Premier League, so by the looks of it, this deal could be quite straightforward for Freedman to negotiate.
Torunarigha made 44 appearances in all competitions last season, scoring one goal while also providing two assists.

Interestingly, only three central defenders were clocked running faster than Torunarigha in the Belgian Pro League last season – according to BILD – with the Nigerian hitting a top speed of 35km/h (21.7mph).
The German news outlet also describe the man from Chemnitz as a firm fan favourite at KAA Gent, with the Belgian outfit losing four of the six games the Crystal Palace target missed through injury last season.
It remains to be seen where Torunarigha would actually play under Oliver Glasner, after Chadi Riad was signed to join Marc Guehi, Joachim Andersen and Chris Richards in the backline.

Therefore, unless Guehi is sold – Manchester United are interested – this bargain £2m deal may not even be pursued by Freedman, although anything could happen given the lowly nature of that fee.
