Crystal Palace are through to the last eight of the Carabao Cup, courtesy of a Daichi Kamada winner.
It was a result which established the Eagles as well and truly on the comeback trail after a woeful start to the season which saw eight league games without a win.
Oliver Glasner ended this streak on Sunday when he masterminded a 1-0 win against Tottenham.
After this result, it was clear that Crystal Palace needed to use this win as a launching pad for the season and Wednesday saw Glasner do exactly that.

Daichi Kamada haunts Unai Emery once again
Kamada is a name Unai Emery will have dreaded coming up against, with the Eagles No.18 likely giving him nightmares.
This is because back in his Arsenal days, Kamada played for Frankfurt and scored a goal that got Emery sacked.
Now, after scoring another goal against an Emery team and knocking the Spaniard out of competition – Arsenal fans have been reminded of this fact.

“Emery got knocked out by Kamada”, one fan commented with skull emojis as he clearly found it funny.
This fan joked that Kamada sees Emery and assumes he can make a name for himself.
Another posted a meme saying “Kamada knocking out Unai Emery?”, before adding the famous clip of Jose Mourinho saying “This is football heritage”.
A final fan commented: “Kamada against Unai Emery sides…”
Crystal Palace may need Kamada to step up after Eberechi Eze injury
After joining Crystal Palace for free in the summer, Kamada has finally had a breakout moment which will endear him to the fanbase.
Kamada obliged Glasner’s half-time request and scored the winner, announcing himself to Eagles supporters as Jean-Philippe Mateta celebrated and heaped praise on him.
However, following the euphoric high of this huge win for the Eagles, Glasner brought some bad news about both Eberechi Eze and Adam Wharton.
If Eze is out for an extended period, Kamada will be called upon to solve the problem and with a return to the Emirates where he has previously had joy in the Carabao Cup coming up – we back him to succeed.
