Crystal Palace successfully turned over a new page in the club’s history with a big win against Burnley at Selhurst Park.
A 3-0 comfortable victory at Selhurst Park feels alien after experiences over the past few months.
Oliver Glasner however has started life at Crystal Palace with a bang.
A goal each from Chris Richards, Jordan Ayew and Jean-Philippe Mateta saw the Eagles comfortably land in 13th place.
Ayew not only scored but assisted too, with Matheus Franca assisting Ayew and also winning the penalty for the third.
But neither are our standout player from the game, with midfielder Jefferson Lerma taking that prize.

Jefferson Lerma was top-class against Burnley
Against Burnley, Lerma was absolutely unbelievable in midfield and his stats from the game tell that entire story.
SofaScore handed Lerma a match rating of 8 which is very impressive, but his stats say he should have been higher.
Lerma was a dominant force, winning 15 duels which was 100 per cent of all his duels. He also made five defensive actions, not allowing Burnley a chance in the game.
Lerma was also impressive on the ball as he completed 82 per cent of his passes, along with one key pass. He completed five of six long ball attempts and one dribble.
This performance will no doubt have blown Glasner away, and it also blew Sky Sports’ Michael Dawson away as he praised the Colombian and his midfield partner as being ‘magnificent’.
Crystal Palace have got the perfect midfield duo
Lerma’s qualities also happen to benefit someone else other than himself with Adam Wharton also impressing in the big win.
With a 90 per cent pass rate, along with three key passes and a big chance created, Wharton was very impressive as he played alongside the 29-year-old.
That being said, the 20-year-old does still show signs of being raw, winning just three duels from 11 attempts which means he needs to learn from Lerma.
