Crystal Palace’s young talent Jesurun Rak-Sakyi has begun impressing while on loan at Sheffield United.
Despite impressing for Crystal Palace during the early stages of pre-season, Jesurun Rak-Sakyi was insistent on heading out on loan this season after missing out on the chance to do so last season.
There were plenty of suitors in the running for his signature, with Southampton even reportedly offering £12m for his permanent signature from Crystal Palace.
Now, at Sheffield United, Jesurun Rak-Sakyi has been beginning to make an impression and Eagles fans will love what Chris Wilder has now said.

Crystal Palace will be looking on with intrigue into how the development of Rak-Sakyi pans out as he hones his considerable talents in the Championship – with Ismaila Sarr’s arrival meaning he had to be loaned.
Now, his on-loan manager at Sheffield United, Chris Wilder, has raved about how glad he is to have managed to sign Crystal Palace’s gem while speaking with the Sheffield Star.
“There were two £15m bids for him, and three-quarters of the Championship sides in for him as well.
“Rak-Sakyi’s making his debut at home, which was great for him. He’s going to be a player.
“Two big bids for him to Crystal Palace, one out of our division and one out of the Premier League, we’ve beat off a whole host of Championship clubs.”
This will leave fans delighted and excited for Rak-Sakyi’s season considering it seems likely that this loan will be a good fit.

How Jesurun Rak-Sakyi fared for Sheffield United
So far in his time at Sheffield United, Rak-Sakyi has made four appearances, with the past two being very encouraging.
Against Watford in particular, he caught the eye in a 65-minute appearance which was his first start for the club in the Championship.
He put in some excellent defensive work for Wilder’s team with 100% of his tackles being won, three defensive actions and five duels won.
Rak-Sakyi also successfully completed two dribbles and 23/27 passes.
The next step for the 21-year-old is to get among the goals and assists to prove to the Eagles that he is ready next season.
