Crystal Palace will look to make it four games unbeaten this weekend while taking on Fulham at Craven Cottage.
After a poor start to the season, things have been going better for Crystal Palace in recent weeks – starting with that 1-0 win over Tottenham.
This win reminded the Eagles side what they could do and days later defeated Aston Villa in the Carabao Cup to reach the quarter-finals against Arsenal.
Last weekend however Crystal Palace could only manage a draw against Wolves – although VAR played a role in the outcome of the 2-2 draw. This draw saw the Eagles end the weekend in 17th position but beginning to gain some traction.

Next up for Crystal Palace is another big chance for victory against a side who have seen a sharp decline in performances.
Chris Sutton agrees with Paul Merson over Crystal Palace vs Fulham
The Eagles could continue rising up the table with a win on Saturday against the Cottagers at Selhurst Park, however for both pundits Paul Merson and Chris Sutton, a win is unlikely.

Writing in his SportsKeeda predictions column, Merson claimed that Fulham are actually facing the Eagles at a tough time – before predicting the result of the game to finish 1-1.
“But this is a tough time to be playing Crystal Palace in my opinion. Oliver Glasner’s men are finally starting to click and come into this game on the back of a few good results. All of them key players like Jean-Philippe Mateta, Eberechi Eze and Eddie Nketiah have now found some form.
“I believe that Palace will be safe, they won’t get relegated. But they have not lived up to the promise they showed towards the end of last season. This could be a huge win if they can beat Fulham at home, even though I doubt it will happen.
“If Fulham win this you wouldn’t be shocked and the same applies if Palace end up winning. I’m going to sit on the fence here and call a draw.”
The scoreline of 1-1 was a popular one, with Chris Sutton naming the same score prediction for the BBC.
“Palace’s form has started to pick up and they almost got their second win in a row last week – they had a 96th-minute winner disallowed against Wolves, when it should have stood – or at least as far as I could see.
“Fulham are always stronger at home, but they are a nicely balanced team and they have picked up a few points on the road too. Apologies to everyone for sitting on the fence again, but I am going for another draw.”
Predicting Crystal Palace vs Fulham
While the popular prediction seems to be a draw between the side in ninth and 17th, we happen to disagree and expect Glasner to coach his side to victory.
Despite a lofty position in the league table, Fulham have one win in their last four and the Eagles could really pile on the misery here if Glasner gets it right and more importantly, if Crystal Palace improve upon their finishing.

The Eagles will be weakened by injury – however, if Glasner chooses Asher Agbinone to start we may even see the birth of a new star for the club.
The game will be tight and closely contested – but all being well Crystal Palace should have enough at home to come out on top.
Prediction – Crystal Palace 2-1 Fulham
