This season has been pretty disastrous for Crystal Palace and some serious improvements are needed to avoid relegation.
All pre-season confidence has been shattered for the Eagles after seven winless games in the league so far.
This worrying form sees Crystal Palace sit 18th, inside the relegation zone which is a long way from the European football spot that Oliver Glasner had been coveting.

Despite the terrible form of Crystal Palace, it has been reported that Glasner retains the support of the Eagles dressing room, but this will not last forever.
Crystal Palace’s attacking record is appalling and he needs to change things up, now it seems he may be preparing to do exactly that.
Oliver Glasner preparing changes to find Eagles’ first win
To only have three points after seven games is pretty concerning and means we are on track to see Glasner’s side pick up just 16 points all season.
This figure would almost certainly lead to relegation – a disastrous result for Steve Parish after how positive things were before this season started.
Now, it has been reported that change is on the way.
It has come from Friday’s print edition of South London Sport that Glasner is currently mulling over formation changes which could possibly result in a win and a rise up the table
Glasner is seriously considering a switch in formation from the 3-4-2-1 set-up – or 5-2-2-1 when off the ball – which he has used ever since joining Crystal Palace.
Two different things are said to be the ambition for Glasner in changing up the system.
Firstly he wants to switch to a back four. A move which we imagine will have been enforced by the injury to Daniel Munoz.
Secondly, Glasner wants to find a way of fielding both Eddie Nketiah and Jean-Philippe Mateta alongside each other – something he is yet to manage to do.
Despite the two striker claim, in this week’s friendly against Ipswich Town, Glasner trialled a 4-3-3 system and also a 4-1-4-1.
But having built a team to play a three-at-the-back formation, it is worth wondering how the Eagles could line-up.
How Crystal Palace could line-up with new formations
So with Glasner trialling a 4-3-3, it would be a radical change for Crystal Palace.
Dean Henderson would be a sure starter in goal, but ahead of him, the backline would change a lot.

Tyrick Mitchell and Marc Guehi would make up the left side of the four, while Chris Richards could be used at right-back alongside Maxence Lacroix as the other central defender.
In midfield, a three would give Crystal Palace far more control over games. We’d expect to see some combination of Japan’s record breaker Daichi Kamada, Jefferson Lerma and also Adam Wharton when fit.
Eberechi Eze would start on the left wing, with Nketiah or Ismaila Sarr on the right. Meanwhile, up front Nketiah or Mateta would start.
However, if it is a two-man frontline Glasner wants, it could be that he opts for a diamond midfield with Eze at the tip and then Nketiah and Mateta upfront.
No matter what Glasner opts to do, change is needed and it is excellent to see that he is taking the initiative.
