The Crystal Palace Michael Olise replacement search is heating up, but now Graeme Bailey has named one player he sees as a real option.
One of the biggest questions surrounding Crystal Palace‘s summer is what is going to happen with Michael Olise.
The breathtaking right winger has been amazing this season with six goals and three assists in 11 Premier League appearances – ranking among the league’s best minutes-per-goal scorers.
If Manchester United are successful in their bid to sign him, this will leave Selhurst Park short of an attacking superstar.
Dougie Freedman will therefore be tasked with replacing the 22-year-old Frenchman. Now We Are Palace have spoken with HITC Football’s Graeme Bailey to discover who could be this replacement.

Jonathan Rowe could be Crystal Palace’s Michael Olise replacement
We quizzed Graeme Bailey about where Palace could look for an Olise replacement, to which he explained the search is far and wide, but he thinks the familiar target that is Norwich’s Jonathan Rowe could be ideal.
“I think Palace are looking all over, an interesting name is Jon Rowe at Norwich, I know they liked him and did a lot of work on him.
“It wouldn’t surprise me if they did look in the Championship again, it’s a very happy hunting ground for them, they are doing the work on wide players to replace Olise.”
Palace going back in for Rowe would make sense, given he’s been a target for months and Freedman will undoubtedly have a real insight into the Norwich man.
His impressive season will only tempt Palace further to make the 20-year-old their Olise replacement.
How has Jonathan Rowe been doing for Norwich?
This season for Norwich in the Championship, Rowe has been in excellent form with 12 goals and two assists in the league, and then a goal and an assist in the Carabao Cup as well (13 goals, 3 assists in all comps).
FotMob has given Rowe an average match rating of 7.22 through 28 games this season. He has been arguably the best wide attacker in the division this season in terms of goal-scoring, ranking in the 93rd percentile.
He also ranks highly for successful dribbles (79th percentile), touches in the opposition’s box (88th percentile), and fouls won (95th percentile).
Rowe has also showcased his off-the-ball qualities with excellent defensive work including being in the 92nd percentile for duels won (144) among his positional peers and has also won 20 tackles (77th percentile).
He certainly has a lot of the qualities Palace will be looking for this summer and we’d love to see him arrive at Copers Cope.
