Despite several players being potential signings for Crystal Palace, one has been rejected.
There are multiple players that Crystal Palace are keen to sign in the final 48 hours of the transfer window, but Dougie Freedman has rejected the chance to sign one possible option.
This comes as Eddie Nketiah closes in on completing his switch to Selhurst Park, passing the second part of his medical on Wednesday.

Crystal Palace reject chance to sign Raheem Sterling
One player there seemed to be a slight chance of Crystal Palace signing this summer was Raheem Sterling who is surplus to requirements at Stamford Bridge.
Crystal Palace had reportedly been exploring a deal to sign Sterling this summer, with his future at Chelsea over due to their ridiculous transfer policy.
After this, Manchester United also showed an interest in Sterling, after reportedly being in talks to sign him in a swap with Jadon Sancho.
Now according to Miguel Delaney, Crystal Palace are unwilling to make a move for Sterling to join Selhurst Park.
There are many reasons why this could be the case, with the main reason being that Sterling earns a whopping £325,000-a-week at Chelsea.
This fee is one the Eagles are unlikely to be able to afford or willing to spend.
What transfers can we expect Dougie Freedman to do this week?
The Eagles won’t be making a move for Sterling, but there are several names currently being circulated as potential arrivals.
Nketiah is the one who looks most likely to be arriving at the moment, with a deal already agreed between Crystal Palace and Arsenal, as he completes his medical.
Maxence Lacroix is another who looks likely to join Selhurst Park with the deal agreed between all parties, barring some personal terms.
Outside of these two additions, Crystal Palace don’t have any imminent additions but Trevoh Chalobah is a rumour which refuses to go away.
