Dean Henderson has now revealed on social media that he has told one Crystal Palace teammate to join Sheffield United.
The England international spent two seasons on loan at Bramall Lane, first helping the Blades win promotion to the Premier League in the 2018/19 campaign, before ensuring Sheffield United stayed there with some fine displays in the 2019/20 season.

Dean Henderson tells Jesurun Rak-Sakyi to join Sheffield United
A story from Sky Sports revealed on Thursday 1st August that Sheffield United are in contention to sign Jesurun Rak-Sakyi on loan, along with Leeds, Burnley, Anderlecht, Lyon and Southampton.
One Sheffield United fan questioned “can’t Dean Henderson sell the club to him” in the comments section of that post from Sky Sports, to which the £20m glovesman actually replied.
The Crystal Palace No.30 simply wrote “I have” in response to that supporter on X (previously known as Twitter) – adding plenty of fuel to the fire regarding the England U20 international’s immediate future at Selhurst Park.
There were concerns that Rak-Sakyi was unhappy at Crystal Palace after seeing a £12m bid from Southampton rejected earlier this summer, as the 21-year-old stayed behind from the tour of the United States.
However, it was later revealed that the Crystal Palace No.49 was just ill, and joined up with the squad later on.

In our view, Rak-Sakyi is ready to play Premier League football.
The Southwark-born winger may not yet be capable of emulating the special things Michael Olise could do in England’s leading division, although he is clearly a sharp finisher, one who also has experience of toughing it out in the English Football League after a stunning loan spell at Charlton in the 2022/23 campaign.
Rak-Sakyi scored 15 goals and provided ten assists in 50 appearances that season, winning Charlton’s Player of the Season award, and has also looked electric in pre-season this summer with three fine finishes against Charlton and Crawley.
