Crystal Palace defender Marc Guehi has been outstanding this season, and is now attracting plenty of transfer interest.
The 23-year-old has been a key figure at the back for Crystal Palace, forming a strong partnership with Joachim Andersen, and some of the biggest clubs in the Premier League are now eyeing him up.
Palace fans were handed some relief as it was reported in recent days that Guehi is adamant that he will not leave the club in the January transfer window, with the defender eyeing up an England spot for the European Championships this summer.
However, the end of the season could be a different story, and whilst Palace may earn a transfer fee for a player for the first time in a while, they could lose a key part of their squad.
Marc Guehi open to Chelsea return

A report from 90min has now revealed that whilst Guehi is still adamant he will stay at Palace in the winter window, he is “open” to returning to Chelsea in the summer.
Chelsea, Tottenham Hotspur and Manchester United are all interested in him, and Guehi initially joined Palace from Chelsea in 2021.
Palace stand to earn a huge profit on Guehi, as they set a reported asking price of around £60m for the centre-back, but they will be losing an important player if he departs.
The club are keen on extending his contract, but it is unclear if they will be successful in this endeavour.
Is Guehi’s departure from Crystal Palace inevitable?
The club are not in a good place right now, with Roy Hodgson reportedly facing more pressure as the side continue to deliver underwhelming performances.
There is a feeling of apathy amongst the fanbase, who look set to endure another mid-table finish with little ambition to break into the top 10.
Given the clubs interested in Guehi, and his roots at Chelsea, it would be something of a surprise if he is still at Palace beyond the summer window.
Palace now need to make sure that they maximise his potential transfer fee, and replace him adequately in the back line.
