Crystal Palace have continually seen some of the world’s biggest teams linked with moves for their players and staff in recent months.
Some impressive performances and results at the end of the 2023/24 season under Oliver Glasner has brought some interest from others.
Michael Olise has already made the move to Bayern Munich in the summer transfer window, bringing in £50.8million worth of fees.
Eberechi Eze has been linked with a transfer exit in the coming weeks, while Marc Guehi has also been rumoured with a move.
The moves come with little surprise, given the impressive performances of those star players consistently.
While the players have drawn attention, so has Glasner himself who was a target of Bayern Munich in May before they appointed Vincent Kompany.

What Oliver Glasner thought about Bayern Munich move
Bayern Munich made an approach for Glasner over the summer but failed to land the Crystal Palace manager.
The head coach earns £87,000-a-week at Crystal Palace, following his move to the club back in February which led to an impressive end to the campaign.
However, while the Austrian has stayed, it appears as though he would’ve been open to joining Bayern – according to their president Uli Hoeness.
He told Sky Sports reporter Florian Plettenberg: “We spoke with Glasner, who we also liked.
“He was very keen on joining FC Bayern, absolutely keen. But his club did not release him, and FC Bayern is not all-powerful either.”
It’s a move that would’ve come as a huge blow to Crystal Palace over a summer full of change in the squad already.
However, it appears as though Steve Parish held firm to ensure any exit would benefit the club, while a stay was ideal.
Crystal Palace future under Oliver Glasner
While there may have been previous doubts surrounding Glasner’s future at Selhurst Park, that is now behind the club.
The future is firmly looking towards the head coach guiding the team towards his first full season as Crystal Palace manager.
With that in mind, the summer provides a huge opportunity to back Glasner not the least with some huge signings in the works.
