Crystal Palace looks set to be busy in January with multiple positions needing to be addressed amid fears of relegation.

Losing to Fulham last weekend has seen Crystal Palace slip right back into the bottom three in the Premier League table.

Oliver Glasner retains the backing of the Eagles’ hierarchy, despite just one win in 11 Premier League games this season.

This continual poor form has seen Crystal Palace’s relegation odds shoot up – as the Eagles now have a 17.3% chance of being relegated.

However, due to the situation and poor form, January is very important and additions are needed. So with that in mind, here is how the Eagles could line up after the transfer window.

How Crystal Palace could line up after possible January transfer window moves

There is still a month and a half until the January transfer window opens up and yet already Crystal Palace are being linked with several players.

So here is the possible XI Palace could have after the upcoming January transfer window.

Dean Henderson

One of the only Crystal Palace players who can hold their heads high is Dean Henderson and come February he will still be the number one.

Trevoh Chalobah

Summer loan arrival Trevoh Chalobah has been improving week by week and we would not be shocked if a permanent deal was completed in 2025.

Maxence Lacroix

Maxence Lacroix should be a lock-in in the middle of the back three, considering how solid he has been over the past few weeks. He has turned out to be a very effective replacement for Joachim Andersen.

Tomas Araujo

In 2025, we are likely to see the exit of Marc Guehi. In this event, a big move to acquire Tomas Araujo should not be ruled out as the Eagles are still interested ahead of January.

Daniel Munoz

In at right wing-back, Daniel Munoz has made himself irreplaceable – although some back-up in the position would be welcomed.

Jefferson Lerma

Moving into central midfield, the Eagles need to strengthen – with Chris Rigg linked. But we can’t see anyone joining in January who is better than Jefferson Lerma.

Adam Wharton

Partnering with Lerma we would anticipate is Adam Wharton who should be much improved upon his return from surgery.

Bright Osayi-Samuel

Another new signing can be seen in the left wing-back position with Fenerbahce’s Bright Osayi-Samuel potentially arriving after being linked for a long time. A natural right wing-back, Osayi-Samuel is more than capable on the left, with 33 career appearances here.

Romain Esse

In the right-wing slot, Eddie Nketiah has simply not worked and the player the Eagles have been heaviest linked with is Romain Esse from Milwall – although he is certainly one for the future.

Mathys Tel

Up front, the uncertainty around Jean-Philippe Mateta may mean we see the Frenchman depart in 2025. Therefore a possible replacement could be the Bayern Munich youngster Mathys Tel, who has been linked with a loan in recent weeks.

Eberechi Eze
